The E-Flex™ was designed to improve the safety of both the wheelchair user and the caregiver.
The E-Flex™ has a unique design feature, which simultaneously immobilizes (“locks”) both rear wheels at the same time with the operation of one lever (left or right handed).
This system does not interfere with the folding of the wheelchair.
This wheel lock system is particularly helpful and may be prescribed by a physician as a medical necessity, for individuals who have lost strength, mobility or function of one side of their body.
